What began as a passion for being both behind—and in front of—a camera lens slowly grew into a love for all things creative. Photography will always be one of my greatest loves, but after discovering graphic design in college, it quickly became just as important.
I originally entered college as a Communications & Media major, thinking I’d pursue a career in film. But after taking one art class, everything shifted. I fell in love with the process my professors emphasized: the thought, intention, and planning that go into even the simplest piece of art. That mindset has stuck with me; whether I’m designing a detailed independent project or a simple flyer for work, I approach each one with that same direction.
Along the way, I’ve been blessed to have mentors who challenged and inspired me, shaping not only the designer I’ve become but also the person I am today.
